Description

This session introduces Strengthscope® (a certified psychometric profiling tool) which helps you to understand your strengths so you can be your best and most fulfilled self in the workplace.  

Wednesday 22 July 10am-12.30pm

Duties

Attending this session will help you to:   Understand your unique work-based strengths, where you get the most and least energy at work ·    

Gain an appreciation of how your strengths may impact your work performance and working relationships with others  ·       

Develop personal strategies to maximise your strengths and overcome areas of non-strength to improve your work performance     

From this you can identify personal actions that will help you to be:  

Guide your efforts in areas where you are naturally more energised   ·

Take proactive steps to reduce areas in which you may experience stress related to confidence and competence

Essential criteria

You would need to be computer competent Have access to a laptop or tablet to access Zoom
